Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts


Instructions
