  • 1.5 cups peaches, diced
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
